We have a fantastic opportunity for a Brand & Campaign Manager!
As a brand & team, we need to create a name for ourselves & separate ourselves from the competition, delivering a reason for new fans to support, follow, engage with, and become loyal fans.

We build our team and brand to finish above any competition while simultaneously allowing our fan- base to sit in pole position when it comes to engaging campaigns.
Main responsibilities you’ll find with this role:
- Conduct detailed post-campaign analysis across channels, including clear implications & recommendations, share learnings with business and relevant third parties.
- Help ensure that F1 Teams’ brand propositions are clearly differentiated from the competition in the eyes of fans (with success measured by brand tracker metrics).
- Support on creating and owning the implementation of the annual campaign plan, identifying significant brand and fan acquisition moments across the year.
- Working closely with the Senior Brand and Campaign manager on new brand ideas and initiatives which drive equity and competitive advantage, and which have customer insight and brand strategy at their core.
- Create superb working relationships across the Red Bull F1 marketing team and beyond.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in agencies or brands with genuine hands-on experience of making their brands the most admired brands in their sectors.
- Have a proven track record for developing and/or managing brand strategy which has driven change for successful brand and customer centric organisations.
- Have a hunger for discovering customer insights which can be used to unlock brand value and growth.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, commercial environment, working collaboratively with creative and media agencies, senior stakeholders, and the broader central marketing team. A knowledge of digital media is essential, as is strong experience working with video creative.
