Job Overview

Unrivaled is hiring a Snapchat Producer to join our content team in Miami. You will be responsible for developing original shows and the overall growth of the channel . Most importantly, we need someone who understands our voice and how to engage with our audience. This role is integral to Unrivaled’s continued success and growth in social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workflow for repurposing all Unrivaled short-form content for Snapchat.
• Use current events, internet trends, and your creativity, to produce multiple episodes per week for multiple Snapchat shows in the Unrivaled portfolio.
• Oversee production process from ideation through thumbnail creation & publish.
• Utilize storytelling techniques that are effective in short-form content to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive retention—creating compelling hooks, teasing story elements before revealing the climax, etc.
• Share best practices and techniques for encouraging engagement, such as shares, likes, screenshots, etc.

Qualifications

• Current residence in Miami is preferred.
• Proven track record in growing a company Snapchat account preferred.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and trends.
• A willingness to strategize and plan posting schedules, tentpole event coverage, monetization strategies, and more so that viewership and growth are maximized.
